首先來(lái)看看動(dòng)機(jī)信的書寫內(nèi)容。
一、個(gè)人信息
包括姓名,出生日期,性別,地址,聯(lián)系電話和電子郵箱等。
1)西方人經(jīng)?;煜张c名,導(dǎo)致錄取后發(fā)的I20表格上姓名顛倒。然后還得聯(lián)系學(xué)校修改后再郵遞過(guò)來(lái),很麻煩。所以建議在動(dòng)機(jī)信或者填各種申請(qǐng)表格中采用姓的漢語(yǔ)拼音都大寫,名的漢語(yǔ)拼音僅首字母大寫,姓與名的先后次序倒不重要。當(dāng)然,還可以把自己的姓名及性別作為動(dòng)機(jī)信的標(biāo)題如ZHANG。
2)在德國(guó),出生日期的格式是月日年。如1987年5月28日出生,那么應(yīng)填05/28/1987.
3)地址一定填準(zhǔn)確,否則可能延誤收到錄取包裹。如果家庭住址不方便收包裹,可以在動(dòng)機(jī)信里分開寫上郵寄地址和家庭地址,這樣學(xué)校一般會(huì)把包裹寄至郵寄地址。如果你住的是小巷小街,嘉華德國(guó)留學(xué)專家建議不要翻譯地址,直接使用拼音。

三、個(gè)人技能
最好按照與申請(qǐng)專業(yè)相關(guān)程度決定先后,聯(lián)系越緊或越重要的技能一般放最前面。
四、其他
包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試成績(jī),計(jì)算機(jī)水平,主要的實(shí)驗(yàn)技能,興趣愛好等。如果留學(xué)語(yǔ)言分?jǐn)?shù)不錯(cuò)的話,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào),分列各單項(xiàng)成績(jī)。興趣愛好中如果有極限運(yùn)動(dòng),登山賽車等體現(xiàn)冒險(xiǎn)和創(chuàng)新精神的,可以重點(diǎn)介紹。

引入:

履歷:
在此之前在相關(guān)方面做了些什么?申請(qǐng)大學(xué)時(shí)起關(guān)鍵作用的就是目前的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī),或者高中畢業(yè)成績(jī)。別忘記在動(dòng)機(jī)信中提下學(xué)士論文。同樣還可以提及的有:參加過(guò)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)、兼職以及實(shí)習(xí)。需要注意的是:不要在動(dòng)機(jī)信里一一列舉(這些經(jīng)歷),寫相關(guān)的即可。比如,在咖啡館的工作和碩士學(xué)業(yè)沒(méi)啥聯(lián)系,相應(yīng)的實(shí)習(xí)才更重要嘛。例如:“我在厄立特里亞(非洲東部國(guó)家)的德國(guó)復(fù)興信貸銀行實(shí)習(xí),讓我深刻認(rèn)識(shí)了(經(jīng)濟(jì))外援。這段經(jīng)歷也讓“我想在碩士學(xué)業(yè)中完全致力于發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)(研究)的愿望”變得更強(qiáng)烈?!?/p>
未來(lái):
同樣,一封好的動(dòng)機(jī)信也包含之后要做什么,以及碩士學(xué)位會(huì)如何為其助力也要寫上,這是常被忽略的部分。可以這樣寫:“我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃——在實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷中也不斷明晰——成為航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的佼佼者。為達(dá)成這個(gè)目標(biāo),我需要一個(gè)盡可能好的教育。而這部分,我覺(jué)得會(huì)從貴校的碩士學(xué)習(xí)中獲得。”
所申請(qǐng)的學(xué)業(yè):
在動(dòng)機(jī)信中應(yīng)表現(xiàn)出自己對(duì)該學(xué)士專業(yè)或碩士專業(yè)是深入研究過(guò)的,而不是只是說(shuō)“覺(jué)得這個(gè)專業(yè)很棒啊”這種,這時(shí)候更應(yīng)該說(shuō)的是“為什么會(huì)覺(jué)得這個(gè)專業(yè)棒”。
結(jié)尾:
碩士申請(qǐng)動(dòng)機(jī)信的結(jié)尾部分一般為總結(jié)申請(qǐng)以及表達(dá)希望被錄取的愿望。例如可以這樣寫:“我相信,鑒于我本科的優(yōu)異成績(jī),是值得被錄取為碩士的。期待貴?;貜?fù)好消息?!?/p>

I would like to apply for the English-Taught Master degree in Communication Engineering, which starts in December 2011. I am a BSc(Eng) in Telecommunications Engineering with Management, which is a joint degree program between Beijing University of Posts Telecommunications(BUPT) and University of London.
Reasons for choosing CE of RWTH Aachen
I had spent nearly two years seeking the way of my life from 2007 till 2009.
Initially, as a freshman, I concentrated on the work of Student union and Beijing IETYME (Institution of Engineering and Technology Yong Member Section). As a result of my hard work, I was elected vice president in the third semester. However, instead of feeling much pleasure and excitement, I could not work up too much enthusiasm for the iterative activities.
Then I understood that the work of organization management didn’t really fit me. Naturally, I transferred my focus to study. I was heartily satisfied when I overcame puzzles even though the two-year distraction brought me great difficulties at the beginning. Since then, I started to realize that this should be the way of my life. I also found that I am most attracted by subject concerns with communication systems and excelled in courses such as Introduction to the Communication, Telecommunication Systems, Signals and Systems Theory, Internet Protocols, Digital Signal Processing and Microwave Optical Transmission.
Through these courses, I learnt the simple infrastructure of communication system and basic theories such as Sampling, Quantization, Channel Coding, Queuing Theory, Fourier Transforms, Wireless Network, Digital Filter Design and Routing Protocol. However, I was still confused with questions like what parameters would influence the practical operation of equipment, how to integrate the single units, how can I make improvement to avoid disadvantages of existing theories.
In the summer of 2010, I participated in school laboratory which took charge of MIMO System optimization, one of national key scientific research projects. I keenly felt the lack of knowledge over that period, and was figuring how to exactly calculate the channel capacity in different conditions, how to instantly transfer channel state information (CSI) to transmitter antennas, how to apply the ideal model in the complex realities. I found these questions very fascinating.
Obviously, it is impossible to solve those questions with the current knowledge I leant in my undergraduate period, thus I decided to further my study. Another important reason is that what we learnt lags far behind reality, which can’t support me in operating advanced equipment. For example, the 8051 microcontroller I learnt in the course of ‘Microprocessor System Design’ was applied in 1990s.
While doing microwave experiment, my teacher mentioned that among the top three companies: Anritsu, ROHDESCHWARZ and Agilent, which produce VNA, RS owns the unparalleled predominance compared with the other two companies.
Germany owns the most advanced technologies, the best research groups, first-rate industrial technology and rigorous elite education system, which strengthen my wish to continue my studies in Germany. RWTH Aachen University, which is among the best in Germany, enjoys an excellent international reputation and brings together many distinguished scholars.
