城市規(guī)劃與城市設(shè)計(Urban Design)是兩個涵義基本一致的專業(yè)，都是設(shè)計和規(guī)劃城市(小到城鎮(zhèn)大到一個地區(qū))的專業(yè)，多數(shù)情況下，這兩個專業(yè)可以視作同一個專業(yè)。在國內(nèi)，與城市規(guī)劃或城市設(shè)計相類的專業(yè)，一般習(xí)慣合稱為“城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計”。
