赴俄羅斯留學(xué)六大必要條件

一、無論是應(yīng)屆或往屆高中畢業(yè)學(xué)生、還是待業(yè)青年、在職職工，凡持有國內(nèi)高中、職業(yè)高中、中專、成人教育、自學(xué)考試畢業(yè)證書、身體健康者均可免試赴俄羅斯國立大學(xué)攻讀學(xué)士、碩士、博士學(xué)位。

二、中國公民均可赴俄留學(xué)，留學(xué)條件要有一定學(xué)歷。大學(xué)留學(xué)者需普通高中、讀碩留學(xué)條件需學(xué)士學(xué)位;讀博士需碩士學(xué)位。請大家注意。

三、工薪條件也可留學(xué)俄羅斯留學(xué)費用低。俄羅斯留學(xué)花費1年的總費用平均僅為2萬元人民幣左右。

四、俄羅斯留學(xué)條件沒有特殊要求。在俄羅斯需讀完一年的預(yù)科(以俄語學(xué)習(xí)為主)后只要通過俄語考試可直接升入大學(xué)。沒有俄語基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生需要通過努力學(xué)習(xí)后一般都可通過該考試。

THIRD STEP PROVIDE THE FACULTY WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1.Application (freeform);

2.Official copy of Your academic record (Transcript with the list of all subjects and marks) with the notarized translation into Russian;

3.Statements of equivalence of the education certificate (for the certificates outside the Russian Federation);

4.Medical certificate given by Medical facilities, confirming that You do not have contraindications for studies in the Russian Federation and at the faculty You are applying to;

5.The AIDS test result confirming that You do not have AIDS, valid on the territory of the Russian Federation;

6.Passport with visa and migration card;

7.Six 3x4 cm photographs.

8.The Faculty has the right to require additional information.

6.護照、簽證、移民卡

FIFTH STEP RECEIVE THE INVITATION LETTER

To get a letter of invitation, necessary for receiving a student visa, please send (via mail, fax or e-mail) the following documents to the Department of international studies of the chosen faculty:

為了取得邀請函以便辦理學(xué)生簽證，請將以下材料通過郵件、傳真、電郵等方式發(fā)至院系的國際事務(wù)辦公室：

1.application form;

2.a notarized copy of the University diploma (if You graduated from one of the Russian Universities) or notarized translation (original) of Your diploma (if it was received in a country other than Russia)

3.photocopy of the first two pages of Your passport.

Upon consideration of Your documents You will be sent the letter of invitation. Please find out the details of getting visa in the Russian Embassy in Your country. It takes about 45 days to get the letter of invitation, that is why You are recommended to send all the documents as soon as possible.

在以上材料合格的基礎(chǔ)上，學(xué)校將會給你發(fā)送邀請函。辦理簽證相關(guān)事務(wù)請咨詢俄羅斯駐華大使館。郵寄邀請函大約需要45天時間，因此請盡快發(fā)送申請材料。

SIXTH STEP CONCLUDE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE FACULTY

The Agreement would be concluded on the Faculty (and with the Faculty) that You are applying to.

For that You need to:

Pass all exams successfully

Bring the set of documents

Pay study fee (at list for the first semester)

第六步學(xué)院系簽訂學(xué)習(xí)合同

合同將在院系內(nèi)簽訂。

IMPORTANT!

The translation of the academic documents into Russian must be notarized in Russia or certified by the Russian Embassy or Consulate in the country where documents were issued.

The AIDS and other medical tests must be made in one of the MSU hospitals.

If Your university issuing Your documents with the delay, Your university should supply You with a substantial letter proving that You will receive Your diploma and specify the date.

Your expenses can be estimated as follows:

Faculty tuition fee.

Cost of accommodation in the students dormitory from 4100 to 13000 RUR per month (depends on the living conditions).

Cost of medical certificate and AIDS test from 4500 RUR.

Health insurance or contract for medical service from 8500 RUR.

Plus additional spendings on translation and legalization of the academic documents, food, transportation, etc.
