加拿大留學(xué)保證金的凍結(jié)時(shí)間一般為一年零三個(gè)月。在凍結(jié)期間，消費(fèi)者無法取出資金。因此，留學(xué)生應(yīng)根據(jù)家庭實(shí)際情況選擇合適的存款期限。在證明期間，銀行將凍結(jié)存款，并收到收據(jù)證明。如果您因拒絕簽字而無法正常到達(dá)學(xué)校，您也可以隨時(shí)解凍，以便于使用。
