I thought it was dreary for me because of 3 reasons. First of all, Im not a big fan of video games at all, and I did not play the game that she was playing. Secondly, I am into mathematics a lot more than the content that she was talking about. Lastly, I found it not respectable to the teacher while we were talking in class, plus that we were interfering with the class discipline. But I did not interrupt her since she was my BFF and she was so enthusiastic about this video game so I did not want to cast a chill over her. I tried my best to listen to her and also gave some feedback, which I hope that she did not find out that I found this topic so tedious. So this is one of my experiences of hearing a boring topic.
