Part1:Work/Study

01 Are you a student or do you have a job?

I am a freshman in senior high school, my school is called xxxx high school; I am a junior in xxxx university, which is located in Guangzhou.

如果你在工作：I am currently working at xxxx company as an intern/accountant/assistant. The company is to manufacture and sell female clothes, and it is located in Tianhe disctrict of Guangzhou.

思路：

i. 如果是學(xué)生，回答自己是幾年級(jí)，在什么學(xué)校。

ii. 如果是在工作，回答自己在什么公司(公司具體做什么，在哪里)，自己的職位的名稱(chēng)。

02　What do you study?

大學(xué)生：I am a finance major right now, so I study economics, accounting and finance for my major, but I also study math and Chinese to meet the general education requirements.

如果你是中學(xué)生：As a high school student, I study Chinese, math, English, physics and chemistry as the core courses at school. I also study music after school. In fact, I have been taking piano lessons after school for 7 years.

思路：

i.按照實(shí)際情況回答。如果是大學(xué)生，可以展開(kāi)討論，談到你專(zhuān)業(yè)里面的課程和公共課。

ii. 如果是中學(xué)生，按照學(xué)校的主要科目/選修科目回答。

03　Do you like the subjects you study now?

I like the subjects of accounting and finance the most. It trains me how to analyze numbers and solve business problems for corporations. The subjects are logical and practical. Our teachers use a lot of real-world cases in class so I can see how accounting and finance are particularly useful in helping businesses to succeed.

思路：

你可以提到喜歡的一個(gè)或者幾個(gè)科目。接著解釋這個(gè)科目主要教什么，怎么教，有什么特點(diǎn)。

04　Why did you choose this subject/these subjects?

I have always been an analytical and logical person, solving problems with numbers has always been my strength. I choose to study the subjects I just mentioned because I can put my greatest skills in use.

思路：

從自身出發(fā)，可以聊聊自己學(xué)這些學(xué)科的優(yōu)勢(shì)?；蛘吆臀磥?lái)的職業(yè)規(guī)劃相結(jié)合。

05　What do you want to do in the future?

I want to work as a financial analyst in a bank. I can analyze financial or accounting problems for management and also make presentations to clients. It is a job that is stressful but rewarding, because I can help management solve important problems and make an impact on the financial success of the firm.

思路：

i.說(shuō)一下自己想做的工作以及它的一些細(xì)節(jié)(在什么公司或者機(jī)構(gòu)，什么國(guó)家, 工作的具體性質(zhì)/職位)。

ii.接著解釋工作的具體內(nèi)容。

iii.說(shuō)一下自己對(duì)這個(gè)工作的感覺(jué)和感想 (例如很有成就感?能發(fā)揮自己的長(zhǎng)處?
